Summer Hotshots Managers

1. Reserve court time. Get the same day and time every week. Check that your pro actually listed all promised court time on your neighborhood's app.  ​

2. Text your full name, the name of your neighborhood, the address, the directions, your court day, your court times, your start date and your end date to Cathy and Sunny.

3. Set up your Team Reach.

   1. Set yourself and Cathy as "leaders" on your Team Reach. This helps us verify players' ability level not only for your group but for other groups as well. We can also help make sure all of your players have signed the liability waiver.

   2. Post the address and directions to your pickleball courts. 

   3. Post any information for gate access to your neighborhood.

4. Admit players to your Team Reach only if:

   1. You, Cathy or Sunny have verified their level (3.5 or 4.0).

   2. ​They show up on Cathy and Sunny's list as having completed the Estero Sisters liability waiver.

   3. You have their phone number.

5. Manage your Team Reach throughout the season:​

   1. Work to fill your courts with exactly 8, 12, or 16 players. (We don't like byes!)

   2. Check often to be sure that you have players from your neighborhood playing regularly (if this matters in your neighborhood). If not, chat with Cathy & Sunny about how to adjust your YES players to manage this.

   3. As players move from the WAITING list to the YES list, text them and get a reply (to make sure they know).​

   4. If players cancel late or don't show up, take them off the next three weeks and report them to Cathy and Sunny. 

   5. As you add players, make sure they have signed the liability waiver.

6. Bring a BLANK summer round robin sheet to each session or make sure someone else brings it. You MUST complete this in a completely random way in front of the group. This prevents managers and others from completing the form to their advantage.

7. Bring a BLANK summer scoresheet to each session or make sure someone else brings it. While there, fill it out completely. We especially need each player's phone number and the neighborhood she lives in.

9. After each game, make sure the ladies record their scores. All games end at 11.

10. After each round robin, take a picture of the scoresheet and text it to Cathy the same day so we may update the scoreboard.
