This is the deadline to text your FALL info to Sunny or Cathy. Include your team name, 3.5 or 4.0, your location of play (aka home courts), warmup time, match start time, and captain's name.

Monday, September 14

We will distribute the FALL schedule via email. If you have signed the waiver (as required), we will have your email address.

Wednesday, September 16, from 4 to 5:30 pm

Attend the FALL captains' meeting at Sunny's house. We will hand out hard copies of the FALL schedule, go over the rules, answer questions, and make friends. :)

Access to Captains' Meeting

Please text your team name and the names of your drivers to Sunny. She will give each driver an individual code to go through the main gate. She will also give you instructions to get to her house. Please bring your own drinks and a lawn chair. You may bring snacks or a dish to pass, but it is not necessary.

 

Monday, October 5

This is the deadline for securing your FALL court time and texting directions to your home courts to Cathy.

Fall season: October 13 to December 11

Winter season: January 12 to March 12

3.5 ~ Thursdays ~ 6:30 PM

3.5 ~ Fridays ~ Most matches are mornings. A few are afternoons.

4.0 ~ Tuesdays ~ Most matches are mornings. A few are afternoons.

Morning of Wednesday, December 9 

We will host a 3.5 round robin, a 4.0 round robin, and a picnic at the courts. Exact time and location TBD.

In addition to the above:

1. Sign the liability waiver.

2. Make sure all ladies who play for you sign the liability waiver before they play. It is available on the home page of this website.

3. Share your team's schedule with your players. Fall: 4 players per day. Winter: 6 players per day. You may bring sub if you like. When a sub comes in, the replaced player may not play again. 

4. Reserve courts for home matches. Matches may start any time. For daytime matches, we prefer mornings. For evening matches, we prefer 6:30. Provide at least 15 minutes of warmup. We prefer 30 minutes. 

5. Text any information for gate access to the visiting team's captain at least 2 days before the match. 

6. Provide one brand new Franklin X40 ball per home court.

7. Make sure water is available to both teams at your home courts.

8. Bring a scoresheet and pen to each home match.

9. If a captain will not be available during a match, she must assign one captain’s designee and text the name and contact info to the opposing captain. 

10. Use the Estero Sisters scoresheet available on the Documents page on this website.

11. After each match, both captains (or captain's designees) must take a picture of the scoresheet (with a signature from each team) and post it as a picture to the Captains' TeamReach.

12. Teams may schedule make-up games anytime during the season.

13. For all issues, captains may contact Sunny and/or Cathy.

14. As you add players, make sure they sign the liability waiver before they play. Thanks!
