Fall & Winter Captains
Saturday, September 19
This is the deadline to text your FALL info to Sunny or Cathy. Include your team name, 3.5 or 4.0, your location of play (aka home courts), warmup time, match start time, and captain's name.
Monday, September 21, from 4 to 5 pm
Attend the FALL Captains' meeting at WildBlue Splashes restaurant. We will hand out the FALL schedule, go over the rules, answer questions, and make friends. :)
Monday, October 5
This is the deadline for securing your FALL court time and texting directions to your home courts to Cathy.
Fall season: October 6 to December 11
Winter season: January 11 to March 12
3.5 matches are on Fridays.
4.0 matches are on Wednesdays.
Morning of Tuesday, December 8
We will host a 3.5 round robin, a 4.0 round robin, and a picnic at the courts. Exact time and location TBD.
In addition to the above:

Sign the liability waiver.

Make sure all ladies who play for you sign the liability waiver before they play. It is available on the home page of this website.

Share your team's schedule with your players.

Reserve courts for home matches. Matches may start any time. We prefer mornings. Provide at least 15 minutes of warmup. We prefer 30 minutes.

Text any information for gate access to the visiting team's captain at least 2 days before the match.

Provide one brand new Franklin X40 ball per home court.

Make sure water is available to both teams at your home courts.

Bring a scoresheet and pen to each home match.

If a captain will not be available during a match, she must assign one captain’s designee and text the name and contact info to the opposing captain.

Use the Estero Sisters scoresheet available on the Documents page on this website.
- After each match, each captain (or captain's designee) must take a picture of the scoresheet (with a signature from each team) and text it to Cathy by 8 pm that evening.

Teams may schedule make-up games anytime during the season.
